Thanks to all for the wonderful letters received. FlorenceGratz, widow of Richard "Rich" Gratz, gave a very generous gift in honor of her husband; the College appreciates these wonderful gestures.

It's sad to report the passing in December of Adeline Kimball Archibald, widow of two '25s, Lou Kimball and Douglas Archibald. She was always supportive of the class of '25 and went to many reunions.

Also, sadly, the widow of "Dutch"Clark, Patsy, passed away in November. Dutch was the first headmaster of Cardigan Mountain School and a loyal member of the class. His daughter, Shirley Clark Warden, most kindly continues his interest in the College.

Francis "Bud" Brown writes that "he can't see, can't hear, and can't complain," but even so he rides every day with "the boys" and says that if he gets separated his "trusty mule will get me safely home!" As a 94-year-old still "in the saddle" that just might make the Guinness Book of Records!

Leroy Adams writes from Marietta, Ga., that he is legally blind, has no one to help him, and that his wife is in the hospital with Alzheimer's disease. He asks that we pray for them.... Would any member of the Dartmouth family living nearby please get in touch with him? Bless you all and keep those letters coming, please.

Bud Brown can't see and can't hear but still rides every day and relies on his trusty mule to get him safely home. CAROLINE MCDONOUGH '25
