Hi, all. Just a couple of pieces of news to share this month. Amalia Nitu dropped me a note recendy to say that she married Dr. Chris F. Ardeleanu on January 31,1998. Gabriela Sarhos '98 was in attendance at the wedding. Amalia and her husband are presently living in Hightstown, N.J., where she teaches chemistry at the Peddie School and Chris practices medicine. "I am tanned, blonde, and very happy!" she writes. Congratulations!

In recent summer news Sean Mogan writes that he was able to take a break from his second year at Rochester Medical School to spend the Fourth of July with Taran Lent in Stowe, Vt. Two weeks later he and Taran were scheduled to meet up again to jump out of a "perfectly good airplane." (Anyone seen them since??). Anyway, assuming they managed a soft landing, onlookers should then have been able to spot the daring pair cycling around Cape Cod and Nantucket this past August....
