The family of Ken McDonough can't resist sharing its joy with you that he has moved East after 28 years in sunny Arizona. He is at the Mark H. Wentworth Home in Portsmouth, N.H., where he grew up, and less than two miles as the crow flies from where he was born in kittery, Maine, in "ought three," as Dad says. It is wonderful to have him so close to his two sons and a large family of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. The Wentworth (a name familiar to all of us) Home, on a mill pond, is truly a home, not at all institutional, and Ken is so very happy. If anyone wants to know what has happened in the last 90 or so years, just ask Ken; his memory is remarkable.

To add to the October news on the 75th Reunion, Nels Armstrong has suggested Middle Mass for housing, which is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator and a bathroom in each room. The Motor Lodge would also be available. Besides graduation festivities and the dinner at the Inn, the College will provide a shuttle bus with commentary for a tour of the campus. Widows and others accompanying graduates will also be guests of the College. The Reunion dates are June 911, 2000. Do come.

Larry Leavitt, who is such a marvelous source of news for this column, notified me of the death of Don Hunt on Sept. 9, 1999. The class sends sympathy to his family. Larry now has a family living with him in his house in Norwich and is very happy with the arrangement. He hopes that you will attend the Reunion. So do I.
