We thank you guys and gals for your Christmas and New Year's cards, which we very much enjoyed receiving. All is well with Suzie and JeffJackson, still living in Alamogordo N.M., and enjoying life. Len Harrison advises that his wife, Jean, is holding her own and that, at the moment, is the best they can hope for. "Shorty" Thomas says he missed seeing us at the Yale game but we wrote him advising we were there with about 20 family members-sorry we went 44 to 3. The way Yale was playing we were lucky to kick a field goal.
Bill Wilson advises that Irja is finally regaining strength after her major surgery last summer and a long series of radiation and chemotherapy treatments during the fall. She's doing well and we hope the future will be okay.
Adrian Paradis is still living in Sugar Hill, N.H., and with his partner is continuing his publishing venture of almost 30 years after retiring from American Airlines at 55. His wife, Grace, passed away more than five years ago and, as he says, life gets harder not easier. He still keeps active and has many visits from his children and grandchildren.
I wonder if our president, Dr. Jack Tobin is slightly prejudiced—he wrote me a lovely note, extending to all '34 families a happy and healthy new year and then went on to praise our accomplishments. And you know—he was right! We are not only a good class, but a great class!
