Plans are progressing for our 65 th reunion June 7 to 9. I had expected that we old codgers would head the academic parade, but I am told there will be a few 70th reunion grads ahead of us.

President Collis has pinned me with the chairmanship duties, but I am surviving with the help of Charlie Blaisdell, Chick Koop, Stan Berenson and many others. We are trying to offer some "neat" things to do, without presenting you with a crowded schedule.

Ellen Collis is working on the two dinners at the Hanover Inn, and we will have the Hayward Lounge as our base during the weekend.

Dr. Koop and I are working on an appropriate memorial for Fran Fenn, and we need to plan some kind of memorial service. Our classmates are leaving us at a discouraging rate, but the College assures me we should get back around 40 grads and about 40 female associates. More later from me and the College in special reunion mailings.

President Charlie has already reported to you that we raised $156,204 from 113 classmates for the most recent Alumni Fund. Nice goingand thanks to all who contributed.

The College has thanked us for our 1937 Scholarship Fund, which now has a market value of $597,863 and yields about $27,000 per year. The class voted that Charlie Blaisdell and Polly Lit keep in close touch with our scholarship efforts, and that they invite our benefited students to our events in Hanover. I have invited Sally Smith '05 to be my student assistant at the reunion.

See you at the reunion on June 7, and now is the time for any good suggestions.
