Happy New Year to all of us survivors! The great class of '35 continues to flourish and congratulations to all of you.
Bill McClarin Jr. sends congratulations to Bill Adams for canceling the subscriptions to the AlumniMagazine of class members who have not controbited in any way. This subject has been brought up before, since there are fewer and fewer of us each year to carry the load. Bill is right. I feel that if the College thinks it is important, Dartmouth should take up the slack. Bill, thanks for the input.
Whelma (Mrs. Arthur D.) Somers, after living in Reading, Massachusetts, for 51 years, has moved to Rivermead in Peterborough, New Hampshire, and will now be a neighbor of George and Ruth Colton.
Dan Cotton and daughter Mary Jane drove up from Massachusetts to pay a visit and she is thrilled to be keeping in touch with the class. Her daughter, Marian, and her husband, Charles, live in Peterborough, so life is great. She sends her best to all of you.
I love to get a Green Card like this. All ofyou out there, please keep in touch, because whether you believe it or not, all of you have classmates who want to know what is going on with your lives. But you are not to supply me with any obits for some time to come, so that I can enjoy my arthritis in peace.
Enjoy 2004. That's an order.
