I missed the last issue of the Alumni Magazine completely while I was in Florida, for which I apologize. I was fortunate to have lunch with Bob Alpert and the Finocans adwhile I was south. At that time I had to vise them that I would not be there for the March lunch, which I later heard only drew five people, including Bill Tomkins from Naples and Mike Ellis, who was in the area at the time. I remember when there were more than 20 or so for the same function!
A note from the widow Bob Timbers, who is well and wished to send special regards to the Corners and Peter Cardozo. Bob Richman's widow, Bunny, writes of her love of 39 Out and all the reunion memories.
Warner Kiefabor tells us of the passing of Cocky Davidson in Dayton, February 28. Peggy Batcheldor has moved and now is at Apt. 2413, 1617 Hendersonville Road, Asheville, NC 28803. Jim and Doris Corner keep in touch, though they did not make the usual trip to Florida.
I am reading of the efforts to have a fall meeting and hope for the best. The drive to Hanover is becoming a real challenge to the writer—but if anyone will do it, it will be the class of '39.
