Greetings '02s. It's that time of year again—our classmates are heading back to school and off to new jobs.

Alex Roberts wrote that after two years in the O.C. she is heading back east to start law school at Yale in the fall. Alex also mentioned that this past summer she attended the wedding of fellow classmates Nicki Leiser and Dan Greninger in Estes Park, Colorado. The wedding was performed by Rabbi Boraz from Dartmouth and plenty of '02s were in attendance.

Nicole Campbell wrote in about her graduation last spring from Boston College Law School. She said that after some much-anticipated traveling this summer, she joined Gunderson Dettmer, a firm specializing in emerging growth companies, in Waltham, Massachusetts, as an associate.

I also heard about a couple of '02s who are celebrating recent engagements. Yanni Lui informed me of Kristin Bellanca's engagement to Jeff Pauker '03. Yanni wrote: "We hear an Oahu wedding is planned for next summer, so in an effort to score an invitation, Joanna Edwards, Liz McKeon, Nina Markey, Jana Schaich Borg, Arun Palakurthy, Scott Tuk Smith, Nithya Rajan, Catie Huisman '03 Jonathan Hummel '99, Pam Piccola-Fales '03 and I got together in April and gave the visiting couple a surprise engagement party, which was completed with a tropical-flower-clad cake and champagne."

News of the second engagement came from the soon-to-be-bride herself, Molly Stutzman. After five years together Jorge Miranda '01 and Molly were engaged on May 19! The couple is very excited and planning a wedding sometime next summer in the Boston area.

In more career-oriented news, I heard from both Niegel Smith and Dan Almeida, who are pursuing some interesting endeavors. After two years living in Boston Dan recently received a masters degree in higher education administration and moved to California in August. Dan will be working in residential life at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Niegel wrote: "It's been a busy spring. I recently received the Van Lier Directing Fellowship at Second Stage, through which I assistant-directed the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and directed a new play, Limbs, at the HERE Arts Center in late July, including text by Hillary Miller. I went to the most compelling production of The Blind, Kris Thorgeirsson, with live music by Joel Schudson, lights and sets by Sabrina Peric '03 and starring Hannah Kenah '01 and Ben Weaver '03. Also, somehow I found myself restoring floors, tin ceilings and original molding in Brooklyn houses with Jared Ray '04, Andrew Van Ness '05, Liz Seru '04 and Jess McCarter '99."

That's all for now! Keep sending me your updates.
