Donald A. Bergman, M.D.,F.A.C.E.,of Tenafly, New Jersey, was chosen as president of the American College of Endocrinology. Don is in private practice in New York City and board certified in both internal medicine and endocrinology. He graduated from Jefferson Medical School and completed his medical residency and endocrine fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He began the Power of Prevention program, which encourages healthy lifestyles and preventing illness.

Thomas R. Jackson of Vero Beach, Florida, provided an update. After college Tom and Joy moved to New York City where he spent 37 years (most in New Jersey) and worked on Wall Street as a money manager. Now retired to Vero Beach, they just finished building a house (the process was more aggravating than working for a living and took up more time). The three kids remain up North: Tisha '92 is a security analyst on Wall Street; Jenna teaches reading to disabled kids in New Jersey; and Dan just graduated from the Col- lege. All is well with the Jackson clan (have been fortunate beyond all expectations). America is truly a wonderful place!
