Hello '06s! I hope you're doing well! We're short on news this time, but I'm happy to report that Lindsay Barnes is currently working as a "reporter and editor for TheHook, a weekly newspaper in Charlottesville, Virginia." Lindsay recently won two Virginia Press Association Awards. One is first place in multimedia reporting for editing his publications 'Annual Manual," a guide to life in Charlottesville. He also won second place in public safety writing in a specialty publication for articles about "the sentencing of violent criminals, the federal no-fly' list and security surrounding the former president of Iran's visit to Monticello."
