Jake Krueger kept busy this summer directing the off-Broadway play What To DoWhen You Hate All Your Friends. The romantic comedy, which earned rave reviews from TimeOut NewYork, Back Stage and Variety, did so well that its initial run was extended two weeks.

On to potential members of the class of 2030...

Congratulations to Maura (Troy) Bigelow and husband Coleman on the April 17 birth of their son lan, who weighed 8 pounds and measured 20.5 inches. Lan joins big sister Molly, who turned 2 in July.

Congratulations also to Shelley (Castro) Liebsch and Dan Liebsch 98 on the birth of their first child, Greyson Patrick. He was born on May 16 at 8 pounds, 6 ounces and 19.5 inches.

Finally, it was a very happy Fourth of July for Faye and me. Our beautiful and patriotic daughter Ellery Pearl arrived almost two weeks early on the morning of July 4, weighing 6 pounds, 8 ounces, and measuring 19.5 inches. I suppose she will find out someday that the fireworks aren't exactly for her birthday but we don't plan on telling her anytime soon. Every day with Ellery is a new adventure and we are so thrilled to have her in our lives.

Take care and send me your news.
