Heidi Immesberger ’06 reports that the Dartmouth Club of Philadelphia is active again after a few years of latency. Heidi works in a small veterinary hospital in the suburbs and originally moved to Philadelphia for a post-baccalaureate program at the University of Pennsylvania and an internship at the Philadelphia Zoo. Current executive committee members Dallas Alexander ’02, Al Barstow ’75, Norman Brown ’74, Heidi Immesberger ’06, Jonathan Light ’00, Karen Nicolini ’91, Bob Serenbetz ’66, Tricia Shalka ’05, Steve Sloca ’66, Bernard Thompson ’82, James Throckmorton ’06 and Matt Wakeman ’98 are excited to plan events and get alums involved. Ken Bower ’94, president of the Dartmouth Club of St. Louis, reports that professor John Rassias visited there last October. He entertained 40 alums, including Gene Gabianelli ’53, Tim Graubert ’84 and Bill Hobson ’66. Matt McCarthy ’69 hosted the club’s annual holiday lunch at Bellerive Country Club—Dean Queatham ’75, Mike Neal ’69 and Tim O’Leary ’97 were in attendance. O’Leary is the new general director of Opera Theatre of St. Louis and was recently named to the “40 Under 40” list by the St. Louis Business Journal. All are excited about the contribution of Andrew Eastman ’07 to the club: the new Web site!
