James A. Wellman has completed thirty years of service as state agent for New Hampshire of the National Life Insurance Company of Montpelier. In honor of his thirtieth anniversary he was given a reception and dinner on March 31, at Hotel Carpenter in Manchester. The dinner was attended by about thirty representatives of the company, including Fred Howland '87, president of the company, and Clarence C. Moulton '89, actuary.
