Rev. J. E. Ingham, who is pastor of the Community Congregational church at Grand View, Idaho, and the only resident minister in a county which contains over 7,000 square miles, is not confined to what might be thought in the effete East the usual work of a pastor. In 1923 he organized the first fair ever held in his locality, the. fourth session of which was held last September and for which he is now chairman of the publicity committee. He is justice of the peace, and was recently re-elected to that office with only three opposing votes. He was this fall a member of the Republican gubernatorial convention for his county, and chairman of its credential committee.
