Dartmouth alumni, undergraduates, and friends, to the number of forty, gathered in Wildey Hall, Keene, N. H., December 26, for the eighteenth annual meeting of the Cheshire County Dartmouth Association.

President Philip R. Flanders 'OB had charge of the arrangements, and dinner was served by the W. L. Goodnow Co., caterers. The showing of two reels of Dartmouth College News films was received with much favorable comment, and it was decided to subscribe to these films for the year, and to gather to see them as they may be received. The principal speaker of the evening was Prof. Charles Proctor of the College, who gave an informal talk, and answered many questions.

Election of officers resulted as follows: president, Robert D. Nims '18; vice-president, William H. Nelson '20; secretary-treasurer, Philip R. Flanders '08; executive committee, Richard L. Holbrook '17, Nathaniel H. Batchelder '03, Dr. Arthur W. Hopkins '99; examining committee, Elgin A. Jones '74, Willis O. Smith '91, William H. Watson '03.

Much interest and enthusiasm were shown at the meeting, and many Dartmouth songs were sung.

Forrest J. Hall '03, secretary-treasurer for the past eight years, declined a re-election, and Philip R. Flanders '08 was elected to the position.
