The annual meeting of the Association of Alumni of the College was held immediately following the serving of the annual Commencement Alumni Luncheon in the gymnasium, June 16. Clarence G. MeDavitt 'OO presided as president of the Association. The report of the treasurer, P. R. Bugbee '90, showed a balance of $156.55 in the treasury. The secretary, Sidney C. Hayward '26, reported upon the result of the ballot for alumni councilors and also upon the nomination of Edward W. Knight '87 as an alumni trustee to succeed himself. This nomination had been presented to the board of trustees who acted favorably upon it at their meeting, June 14.

The class of 1894 cup was awarded to 1880 for having a total of nineteen graduates out of twenty-two living graduates of the class back for reunion, making a rating of 86 per cent for the class.

The following resolution was presented by H. LeBaron Sampson '00 and was unanimously adopted: That the secretary of the Association be requested to express to Mr. Edward Tuck of the class of 1862 the deep appreciation of the alumni of Dartmouth College for his recent gift for the construction of the new Tuck School group of buildings. The Nominating Committee was then called upon for its report and through its chairman, Robert Jackson '00, presented the following nominations for the year 1930-31:
