Reports from Harry Davis are extremely favorable. Harry has been none too well for the past three or four years, but now has regained his vigor and enthusiasm. Both the boys are at home, but Mary has a very important position with the Telephone Company, which she is filling with real distinction. So everything is fine at Plymouth.

Harry Richardson has been confined in the State Hospital at Norristown, Pa., for almost a year. His mental condition became upset, but reports are that he is on the way toward recovery. The class of 1900 owes a great deal to Ed McMillan of the class of 'oi, who is always ready and glad to look out for 1900 interests in Philadelphia. Ed is a brick.

Four 1900 men with their families attended the wedding of Ruth Hodgkins and Ted Hodgkins in Worcester in March. It was a grand affair, held at the Piedmont Congregational church. Ben Marshall of the class of '97 was the officiating clergyman. There was a wonderful reception at the house. It was a very colorful wedding.

Bob Jackson is commuting between Washington and New York, seeming to have headquarters in both places. From what we hear Bob is getting along famously. His interest in the College and class continues with all its old-time strength. Certainly it has been a most interesting period for Bob, and he has made a real contribution to national affairs.

Word reached us from the Judge himself that Ben Prescott has been offered a business opportunity within the last few weeks. It involved a considerable amount of traveling, so Ben turned it down. Please ask him about it at the outdoor round-up.

John Redington gets to Boston often. On the last trip he reported a visit to Paul in Washington, where he found the family in fine fettle. John is getting along splendidly, but is more and more interested in his little home in New Canaan, where he gardens, attends to the place, identifies birds, and keeps out of doors all the time. He finds more and more satisfaction in an outdoor life.

Reports received from President Rankin's office indicate that the outdoor round-up will be held around June 10 and may be at the same place as last year. Every one had such a wonderful time and the rates were so reasonable that it is doubtful if any improvement would be made by a change. This is pretty hard on Charlie Dolloff, but we hope that he can stand it for another year at least.

A movement has been started that currency for all games of chance be confined to money in closed banks. This gives further uncertainty to the game, which ought to add considerably to its interest. We won't mention here all the participants, but there are enough to make up a pretty fair crowd.

All who attended the round-ups held at Plymouth, Falmouth, and Kennebunk Beach would be quite surprised if they visited all these places this spring. The effect of the winter storms is amazing. Whole stretches of beach have disappeared, leaving nothing but bare rocks; fine lawns have been covered with several feet of sand, and many buildings have been completely removed from the landscape. No such catastrophe has taken place at Kezar Lake, so you may expect to find everything just as we left it last year.

The class of 1900 is so closely affiliated with the Outing Club that its members will be glad to hear that this season has been one of the best in the history of the College. More boys used the cabins than ever before, and the competition was unusually keen and successful. Dartmouth out-of-doors is growing by leaps and bounds, and of course the Outing Club house is the center of all activities. Its business too has held up splendidly, so the house itself is practically self-sustaining.
