W. W. Niles, New York City, has been elected president of the Bronx Society of Arts and Sciences, an organization affiliated with the Archaeological Institute of America, which held its convention in Washington, D. C., in December last.
Barrett and Patterson have both held family reunions recently, the former at the residence of his son, about sixteen miles from Detroit, and the latter at his home in Washington, D. C., where among those present were his son Russell 8., U. S. Army, class of 1911, with his wife.
E. H. Sinkey has returned to Seattle from a visit to Ohio. He has had some trouble with his eyes, but is better now.
