John Abbott and the Secretary were present at "the annual dinner of the Boston alumni, at which Hilton '90 gave an interesting historical sketch of Dartmouth.

Malcolm D. Barrows, who had been confined to his house for fifteen weeks, has resumed his duties at the English High School, Boston, although still finding it advisable to use crutches in getting around.

Rev. Dr. William Palmer Ladd, dean of the Berkeley Divinity School at New Haven, Conn., and Mrs. Ladd were home guests of President and Mrs. Roosevelt at the White House over the week-end of mid-January. They visited Mount Vernon, the Phillips Gallery, and other points of interest, and incidentally took luncheon with classmate R. L. O'Brien.

From Ned Tewksbury comes a Christmas sentiment expressing his great joy in the full restoration to health of Mrs. Tewksbury.
