As the Secretary has no notes of other classmates for this issue he is driven to maintain his record to say that the Planning Board of Winchester of which he has been a member and the secretary since 1915 had as its major activity in 1939 the preparation and development of a Six Year Program of Public Works for the town. Its report has been favorably received and copies sent on request to many municipalities in the United States.
