Fourteen old-timers attended the dinner at the City Club after the Dartmouth-Harvard game. John McDonald, Ruggles, Safford and the Secretary represented '90. Mac acted as toastmaster and it was all very pleasant. . . .The Boston Herald of Oct. 17 had a picture of the President of the Vermont Federation of Women's Clubs —none other than our own Mrs. George B. Young of Montpelier George Moses attended the Exeter Commencement and that of St. Paul's School on succeeding days last summer and survived to tell the tale Reynolds spent the month of July motoring, mostly in New York State and vicinity and for August he was parked at the Saranac Inn, in the .... a letter from Hilton's eldest daughter from Chicago recently tells me he is not as well as we could wish but am glad to state he is now steadily improving It is sidewalk conversation in Arlington that this Secretary "does not choose to run" again for Town Treasurer next March
