Bob Adriance is the author of a high school text book on economics titled Using the Wealth of the World. He also reports that they have a grand-daughter, Nancy Adriance Miles, born March 27th, 1943.

Gus Ayers had the honor of being one of the founders of the Dartmouth Club of Hawaii.

Crawford Bishop is back in this country after having made a ten-months' tour of South America, during which he visited every one of the South American countries. Anyone interested in the laws of South America should get in touch with him. He tells me that the Bishop family has four grand-daughters and two grandsons.

All '06ers will be shocked to learn of the recent death of "T" Brown.

Converse Alvah Chellis 111 was born in California on August 10.

Mary Chellis Elmer is now located in Miami, Fla., where her husband Lt. Elmer is attending the Submarine Chaser Train ing School.

Cap Pierce was married on March 27 to Abigail T. Kendrick, a life-long friend of Esther's, whose husband died about the same time that Esther did.

Norman Pierce is somewhere in England.

Eric Kelly writes of a recent visit with Nat Leverone in Mexico City. In connection with his work of settling the Polish war refugees in Mexico, he says, "When it is necessary to build a camp or make over an old hacienda I wish that I had Fred Parker along to lay out septic tanks, drill wells, and perform some of the work he teaches so well in the Thayer School."

A daily column in the Concord Monitor entitled From All We Gather by Charles Crane, is soon to be launched.
