First let's discuss matters financial. You have all received your annual message from Roc Elliott. Further, Roc is just as busy as the rest of us—a prompt response will help a lot.
You no doubt have noted the name Harvey in the Dartmouth line up—right tackle. How- ever you may not have realized thai same is Bun Harvey's youngster, Bob, a V-12 trainee.
As of October 1 Don Mac Donald was transferred to St. Louis by Life magazine. Paul Richter, as usual, crashes through with a bevy of items as follows,"Art Hale who, as you know, is one of Uncle Sam's income tax sleuths and who lives in Cleveland, blew into town (New York) the other day and dropped into the office for a chat. He is just the same, only a good deal heavier Met Lt. Comdr. Bing Dean in a restaurant several weeks ago. Bing is just back from a long assignment 'somewhere in the Pacific' and says he is due to return. He looked better than ever and was very vigorous in the Navy's blues Brother Hibb is just finishing a two months' training course at Harvard, where the Army sent him to learn all about reconversion and contract negotiation. He is due to finish his course the last of September and will be assigned in someone of the Central Cities under the jurisdiction of the Judge Advocate Talked to Nate White- side in Chicago the other day. He is still with American Bank Note, and invited me to meet Hersh Chandler and Fred Hamm Was in St. Louis several weeks ago and got hold of George Rassieur, who is a busy attorney out there."

We now have another '20 living in Hanover; Bud Weymouth is teaching in Clark School. Edwin L. (Artie) Stern has put a high polish on his golf clubs this summer and has gotten his score down where only the Pro's are comfortable in playing with him. How- ever, at times he finds it almost necessary to bust his galluses to trim his delightful wife, Edna, who won the Women's Championship at their Westchester Club this last summer.
Just received some data on Capt. Laddie Myers. He is serving as an administrative officer in a AAF-24 Liberator heavy bomber group based in Italy. He holds the Air Medal, awarded for his eight combat missions in which he served as an aerial observer. His group has recently been awarded the Distin- guished Unit Citation for an operation against the rail yards at Bucharest, Rumania, in which forty enemy planes were shot down, as well as widespread damage inflicted upon the target there. His outfit has also hit such important enemy objectives as the rail yards at Marseilles, the airdromes. at Munich and Vienna, and the oft-attacked oil refineries at Ploesti, Rumania.
