Bill and Laura Geiger spent the last week in February in Boston and gave us a chance to enjoy their good company and get the latest news from Hanover. Helen's husband, who is connected with the State Department in Washington and has been in Brazil for some years, has just been transferred to Lisbon, Portugal. A farewell visit with them was part of the Geiger's vacation.
A cheery letter from Sargent in Montpelier, Vt., brings the news that he is well and busy with the many things we retired people always find to do. He is taking his turn with the Montpelier ministers in serving as chaplain in the Vermont Senate and House. His daughter Rosamond has a position with the National Life and so is with him all the time, and Alice is teaching in Barre so can be home weekends.
You will soon receive word from Greger that it is time for you to do what you always do at this time of year. Of course you'll do it.
