Bill Mitchell reports that at least he survived the September hurricane in Florida with no great loss or distress.

Joe Carney has sold hiS house in Worcester and returned to Gardner, where the center of his various business enterprises is located. His new address is 52 Edgell Street, Gardner, Mass.

LeBarron Huntington is Manager—Salvage Department of the Personal Products Corp., Milltown, N. J., and his home address is 109 Livington Avenue, New Brunswick, N. J. Mrs. Alice I. Montgomery Robbert, widow of our late Fritz, died in Brooklyn, N. Y., on September 27. 1947. Ike Seelman represented the class at the funeral. The press has reported that Judge Chester F. (Bill) Williams of the Milford (Mass.) District Court in eviction cases before his court would give the full fourmonth extension allowed by law in all cases except those for non-payment of rent.

Any classmate getting into legal difficulty in the vicinity of Plymouth, N. H., should seek the good offices of our classmate IT'. A. Kimball, who is a Deputy Sheriff with headquarters in Plymouth.

Jo Bartlett, who is president of the W. L. Douglas Shoe Co., attended a dinner at the Waldorf in New York on October 10 to receive an Oscar given to his company for excellence in its accounting report.

The past summer Bob and Mrs. Peck toured the West Coast up into British Columbia. They had rented their home, Carmel by the Sea, for the summer. Your 50-year Reunion Committee is very much on the job and has now made the necessary reservations for class use at the reunion. They hope that every member of the class is equally active in making preparations for attending this great reunion which is now only eight months away. The dates are June 11, 12 and 13. Remember them.

Leslie Hatch died at Desert Hot Springs, Calif., on August 2, 1917. He had been ill but a few days. While Les had been absent from the class reunions, he was always a loyal classmate and Dartmouth alumnus. Further notice will appear in the next ALUMNI MAGAZINE.
