By the time you read this, the Father-and-Son Dinner will have taken place in Hanover, and we hope to have an on-the-spot report of it for you in the next issue.

We hear that the Dartmouth Club of Washington, D. C., recently gave their retiring President Hal Fitz a rousing vote of thanks for a magnificent job during the past two years. Hal, who is with the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company in Washington, will continue on the Executive Committee.

Please note Treasurer Bill Whipple's new address (especially if you haven't yet paid your Class dues which, as you know, include your subscription to the ALUMNI MAGAZINE): 775 Post Road, Rye, N. Y. Bill's latest report shows Class funds in healthy shape, but every man's share will be needed, with 25th Re- union only four months away.

Speaking of address changes, ours is a very moving Class: to wit—Gorham Bliss, Box 748, Cocoa, Fla.; Charles F. Burke, 240 Roxbury St., Keene, N. H.; Kenneth E. Fortune, 519 Woodstock Ave., Stratford, Conn.; Sylvester P.Johnson Jr., Box 707, Roswell, N. M.; DonaldC. Snyder, Kennametal Inc., 1 Lloyd Ave., Latrobe, Pa., and 219 Walnut Ave., Greensburg, Pa.; Bertrand W. Chapman, R.F.D., Burlington, Vt.; Carlos Sanchez, Notre Dame Seminary, 2901 S. Carrollton, New Orleans 18, La.; James E. Hurley, Public Safety Div., Military Govt., Stuttgart, Germany, c/o Postmaster, N. Y. C.; Philip J. Keigher, 15 Longview Rd., Livingston, N. J.; Whitton E. Norris, 311 N.W. 14th St., Oklahoma City, Okla.; MerwinW. Swenson, 1934 N. 6th St., Sheboygan, Wis.; John C. Zimmerman Jr., 5 Crest Hill Place, Shippan Point, Stamford, Conn.; and MatthewG. Jones, W. Hurley Rd., Woodstock, N. Y.

Another recent change of address was that of Franklin F. Doten, of the Gillette Safety Razor Cos., to 80 Beacon St., Boston 8, Mass., at the time of his marriage to Gladys Poor Phippen of Winthrop, Mass. Which goes to show that there's an interesting story behind almost every address change. How about more of you recent movers writing us about your new homes and new jobs?

Brooks Palmer marks time again, while forging ahead with his research on antique clocks, with an article on "Forestville, Connecticut Clocks" in a recent issue of the American Collector, that slick magazine for the carriage trade.

Our Christmas cards hadn't been received when this column was written for December or January, o£ course, so here's a thank-you for some festive greetings from 23's which added to the friendly spirit of the season. Among them were those of: Tom and Verna Norton; Doug and Else Manson; Win and Marge Weser; Jack and Helen Dempsey; Ed and Marion Furey; Clary and Priscilla Goss, with a particularly refreshing sentiment; Bill and Betty Corrigan, a snow scene at Job's Pond, Vt., where their summer camp is located; Ardie Herz, a colorful Fell illustration of the traditional punchbowl (Ardie, the Hygia Sipper scion, naturally runs to the beverage motif); Brooks and Julie Palmer, with a scene featuring (guess what) an antique clock; Go, Liberty and Barr Bliss, a saga in verse of their travels from Nantucket, Mass., to Cocoa, Fla. (which trip was detailed in the January issue).
