Again the secretary passes along more sad news with the death of Ned Dearborn on January 16. The news came to the secretary at the Dartmouth dinner in Boston on February 4, from Ralph Bartlett, Secretary of 1889, who did not learn of Dearborn's passing until several days later. Ned was only a member of '91 during our senior year, but no one answered more promplty and generously messages from the secretary telling of the needs of the secretary-treasurer.

As Ned always felt he had more intimate touch with '89, the class with which he was identified for three years, it seems most fitting that In Memoriam falls to the secretary of '89 who has informed the secretary of '91 that he has prepared a suitable sketch.

The passing of Dearborn leaves seventeen as the living members of Ninety-One.
