THERE HAVE BEEN no startling events during the past month; just the regular weekly luncheons in San Francisco at St. Julian's. To the smaller clubs who now hold only monthly luncheons, we strongly recommend such weekly affairs, if there is available in the community a restaurant with a private room always available for Dartmouth men regardless of attendance, two or twenty. Because of this regularity, we have out-of-town visitors on many Wednesdays, and the regulars find it easy to form the weekly habit. As "Gob" Desmarais '26 used to say, "Come and Relax with 'Dartmouth.'" Each week's accumulation of The Dartmouth and George Colton's Bulletin are available and commented upon in keeping with the temper of each audience. A Wah-Hoo-Wah from our gang to George Colton for his splendid paragraphs, and speaking of Classified Columns:
ANNUAL DINNER MEETING
San Francisco, California, March 24, 1948 Traveling Dartmouth Men, plan your schedules now so that you may take in this important event. We'll meet at the University Club early in the evening.
Speaker of the Evening, Sidney C. Hayward '26, Secretary of Secretaries.
THE YALE GLEE CLUB
We hasten to advise that the Yale Glee Club will not be at our annual dinner meeting, but on the following week they will be singing at the San Francisco Opera House. The date is Friday, April 2, and we of the local Ivy League Inter-Collegiate Alumni Association are behind the event 100%. Dartmouth men will receive an announcement and a notice how to get tickets for the family and friends. If it is more convenient to hear this famous Glee Club in Sacramento, they will be there Saturday, April 3.
