It was Dartmouth Night in Bellows Falls on Feb. 2 and it was definitely a case of "Dartmouth's in town again." The occasion for all the activity was the appearance of Bill Cunningham '19 to speak for the benefit of the Bellows Falls Rotary Club.

The local enthusiasts seized upon the occasion to stage a dinner at the Windham before Bill's lecture. Because of the size of the crowd it was a bit difficult to get a complete list of those present, but the following were certainly on hand:

From Newport, N. H.—Jack McCrillis '19, Dr. Thorpe 'OB, Dr. J. H. Munro '27, Dr. Roe '32, Bill Lary '28, H. T. Sibley '07. From Brattleboro, Vt.—Judge Chase '12> Dr. Angus Black '17, Fred Harris '11, Charles Magnaghi '28.

From Springfield, Vt.—Charles Safford '07, Dick Beyer '22, Justin Bugbee '25, Pete Wilcomb '30, Henry Flinn '14, Harty Beardslee '37, John Lovely '37, Ray Adams '19. From Vermont Academy in nearby Saxtons River—Larry Leavitt '25, Bob Campbell '42, Ted Tischler '45.

From Bellows Falls-Roland Belknap '30, Preston Belknap '34, Arthur Marx '3.1, Harry Hall '32' Bob Mensel '41' Warren Smith '45, Roger Hammond '46, Kenneth Kent '28, Sydney Batchelder '25, Henry Osborne '16, Harold Corwin 'l5

The whole affair was presided over by George Page '20 and Fred Vogel '22.

An unusual feature of this meeting was the presence of the ladies, a great many of the fellows having brought their wives to enjoy the festive occasion, and more particularly to hear Bill. We all enjoyed a very excellent meal and a short informal talk by Bill before we adjourned to the Opera House. The dinner was fine and the lecture afterwards up to Bill's usual form.
