Henry T. Moors Jr. '45 was elected president of the club for the ensuing year at the group's annual business and dinner meeting April 14 at the Glens Falls Country Club. Hank succeeds Bill Sharp '26. Roy Middleworth '39 was elected Vice President and John Bullard '42, Secretary-Treasurer. The nominating committee was composed of George Davis '28 and Phil Peck '30. John Bullard reported on the work of the Interviewing Committee for the year and extended his thanks to Leslie "Bud"Allen '42 and Arch Gernert '46 who worked on the committee this year. Kip Higley '24 was appointed temporary chairman of a Regional Scholarship Committee and will attend the scholarship committee meeting in Hanover in May to study the possibilities of setting up a permanent committee for the club.

Guest speaker for the evening was RogerBrown '45 who brought the club up-to-date on the Hanover scene. Roger's talk and the film Dartmouth Outdoors were both very well received. A general bull session with Roger lasted into the early hours of the morning when practically all the college policies were discussed. Having completed another successful year with its programs, the club plans to operate on a similar schedule next year featuring the following: September, Clamsteam and Outing; November, joint smoker with the local Cornell alumni; December, Fathers' and Sons' Dinner; the spring, Annual Meeting and guest speaker from Hanover. It is hoped to expand the program around the above features.

Among those who attended this year's annual meeting were Bill Brown '16, Frank Morey '20, Kip Higley '24, Charles Wood '24, Bill Sharp '26, Larry Kenney '28, George Wein '31, Sam Englander '32, Bill Ferguson '36, Bob Crawford '37, Roy Middleworth '39, Don Hanks '41, George Morse '41, Bud Allen '42, John Bullard '42, Gibb Clark '42, Tuss Hand '43, Duke Schneider '46, Hugh Chapin '47, Bill Boardman '49, and Dan Ryder '49.
