The annual Undergraduate Luncheon was held December 21, with seven undergraduates present. President George Tillinghast '36 presided and acted as toastmaster.

The Right Reverend Granville G. Bennett, Bishop of Rhode Island, spoke on the place of the college man in the world today, pointing out that the world today sorely needs men who can think for themselves, yet who will be tolerant of what other men think.

Duke Winsor '51, spoke briefly on the physical changes which have taken place in Hanover during the past four years. Tony Migliaccio '54 outlined a freshman's views of Dartmouth from his few months in Hanover.
