Les Wiggin died presumably some time in February—but no one, and that includes the Super-Efficient Alumni Records Office headed by Super-Efficient Charlotte Ford, has been able to obtain any details—all we know is that John Meek, Treasurer of the College, received word that Dartmouth was mentioned in Les' will—his last known address was Georgian Hotel, Santa Monica, Calif.—information of any kind certainly will be appreciated.

Howard Smith, Treasurer of w.k. Vermont Marble Cos., has done a nice job in helping us locate Ralph Baldwin—we now have his father's address, and Alumni Records is running down the clue.

Latest word indicates that Andy and BerthaScarlett expect to move into their new house in April as they have to vacate their old one by May l—carpentry work is nearly complete at this writing, only shortage being radiatorsshortage of copper has compelled a change in some plans—it will be a fine home for Andy and Bertha to enjoy in the years to come.

Andy has a full assignment on his hands this spring, raising $10,545 in the Alumni Fund, it being the largest class allotment up to 1914 the College needs the money—1910 needs Prof. Andy to do the job—and if anyone in the Class can get $10,545, he is the man.

Here are a flock of new addresses:

Theodore W. Baldwin, Box 2975, Carmel, Calif.; Victor 11. Johnson, Beach Star Route, Box 44, Bell- ingham, Wash.; Rollo G. Reynolds, 320 N. Califor- nia St., San Gabriele, Calif.; Irving O. Scott, 45 Myrtle St., Boston, Mass., with residence at Happy Hollow Road, Wayland, Mass.; Osborne H. Sben-stone, 4 Harvard Drive, Lake Worth, Fla.

You can keep your Class Directory up to date by adding the above changes. Bones Jones was supposed to look us up this winter—but we never did see him and wife —they strayed off at Daytona Beach and tanned in that area—Haven't seen Walter andIsabel Norton who were slated for here—probably Walter got all tangled up trying to keep the Red Sox on the right track this spring for a Sure-Fire Pennant next October—Last year, the year before, and the year before that, they were Champions until curtain fall—but this year Walter should ride on top all the wayWin, Lose or Draw, we're still for Red Rolfe's Detroit Tigers.

Just in case you do not know it, Red and Isabel Rolfe are as fine folks as you'll find on this sphere—Real Yanks, conservative, clean, delightful humor, and both know how to work.

After a recent ball game in Tampa, they drove over and spent the evening with us-Red is about 15 lbs. heavier, looks fine-Marion says that he looks 15 years younger, Isabel always looks good—we hope to Heck that Red can keep his present health all the way—to a Pennant!

Ralph Paine drove up from Bradentown for a nice visit—Ralph, a true Vermonter, is a mer- chandising tycoon of note, controlling the Howland department store in Waterburyand best of all, his son Maurice, after gaining considerable experience elsewhere, returned to Waterbury to cast his lot with Ralphwhich is just about the finest thing any father can desire for his son.

Have seen quite a bit of Ray and AileenSheets—fine folks—Aileen was in Bradford with Florence Williams and Harriet Clark Orton (with whom we were raised and schooled after 40 years or more of not seeing each other, we brought them together in Clearwater this winter)— Ray, The Rockford Silver Tycoon, is quite some lad and we hope that they come to the Informal in '52.

Also saw Drs. Harold and Walter ('41) Winchester at Dunedin Rotary from time to time —they do a nice practice, stand high—and I enjoy seeing them.

Otto Taylor took a business trip to Pacific Coast, visited Bill in Minneapolis on way home—Dr. Frank Meleney continues his out- standing work in research, his latest being published as Bacitracin in Neurosurgical Infections— If and when we are in Littleton, we are going to look up Ralph Noyes—haven't seen him for some time—got to thinking of him recently—Bert Kent is president of Center Men's Club of South Hadley.

Mrs. M. Kanavariotis of Athens, Greece, has announced the engagement of her daughter Leila Elizabeth to Wilcomb Washburn, son of Prof, and Mrs. Harold Washburn. Miss Kanavariotis is a graduate student at Radcliffe. Bill has been recalled to active duty in the Marine Corps.

By the time you get this, we expect to be at home again—it has been a good winter, very cold in December and January, delightful in late February, March and early April—enjoyed it, also Hinman family visits with John '08 and wife Jennie, Hazen '14 and wife Katherine —you meet lots of old friends, and get to know new folks—it's an easy form of winter living and the climate agrees with my three-scoreplus vintage and ailments. That's it.
