With that cracking good air, the magnificent autumn is upon Hanover. How about sharing it through your ALUMNI MAGAZINE and being a responsible '46 member by sending Bob Kimball your dues $4.00.

Robinson Smith received his Doctor of Philosophy in history from Columbia and has returned to the New Hampton school staff. Rob is head of social studies department and coach of hockey and tennis. Thaine Youst says hello, Rob. More in the educational field - Phil Osberg, mentioned last month as a recent Ph.D., and teaching at Penn State, has switched to the Colby College (Me.) faculty. He has been named an assistant professor of Geology.

Wade Stierhoff is an accountant with General Motors' New Departure Division. Here's a guy long not heard from, Fred "the Ginza"Wilmont. He is an Expediter in the Purchasing Department o£ Sandia Corp. in Albu- querque, N. M. Fred would be an excellent Expediter, remembering his prowess at rounding up a keg when those "tank car to you" boys, the Tanzi's, claimed that none was to be had. Dot and Phil Stedfast came by early this fall en route to a wonderful opportunity in Columbia, S. C. Phil is a specialist in city planning and that city has been very progressive along these lines. Phil's set to be in a top position on the planning commission and both he and Dotty are very happy to be in this new Dixie prosperity. Also learned during their visit that Charlie French and Bee are expecting their fourth baby, ah that healthy Wolfeboro air. Charlie owns the finest Mobil gas outlet in New England, and I understand he allows himself a little time in the summer for water-skiing on Winnepesaukee. PhilStrusacker and Marge are doing wonderfully well with their ambitious ski lodge business, now in its third year. Certainly do envy your way of life, Phil. Skip and Ruth Stoddard have been comfortably established in Hanover these last few years in their home on Conant Rd. Skip is an administrative assistant at Mary Hitchcock Hospital, and they have just had a new daughter, their third child. Had dinner with Betty and Bud Wingate the other night at their' nest in New Rochelle, N. Y., food delicious, wife delightful. On a rare business (?) trip to the Atlantic City- Beauty Pageant whom did I spy but DickMason driving Miss Michigan down the Boardwalk, tough duty, eh, Dick? Bill Trump and his wife, away from Milwaukee radio duties, were back for more happiness in Hanover. So were Frank Etteri, Brad Morehouse and his wife, Bryan and Mrs. Bryan Battey,Bill O'Keefe and Mrs. 0., Mr. and Mrs. RickKelly on a TV hiatus from New York, DanFuller and his wife and Tom Cohn at the Hanover Inn.

George Riley was married to Janet Bligh at St. Patricks in New York September 6. Janet graduated from Boston University and George gained his MCS at Harvard "B" School. He is president of the Community Service Fuel Oil Co. in Newton, Mass. After a Bermuda woo trip, they will live in Needham, Mass. MushJudson is engaged to Betty Cohen of New York. Betty went to Vassar and Hunter College. Mush is very much a part of many ladies' lives with his "MOJUD" stockings. SaulNirenberg is engaged to Suzanne' Jacoby of New York and Coral Gables, Fla. Suzanne attended the University of Chicago and Colum- bia. Haven't seen Saul since last winter when he was with Safe-in-Suds Inc. division of Warren Shirts. Winifred Campbell and AndyGruninger were married in October in Brighton, Mass. Larry Ratzel and Marion Cotton were married on September 13 at Athol, Mass. Marion graduated from Boston University and Larry finished Harvard Law School. They plan to live in Milwaukee. RayCampbell has paused in his rapid rise in medicine to get married. Rosalie Parker of Westhampton, L. I., is his bride. Rosalie graduated from Bryn Mawr and has been with Doubleday and Co. Dr. Ray is a resident at Nassau Hospital, Mineola, N. Y.
