Having taken in the Army and Yale games within the past few weeks my only comment is "Ouch!" The class had a good turnout at New Haven so the trip wasn't a total loss. Those in the gathering included Buzz Willis,Jupe Lewis, Dr. Frank Watters, Dr. Gene Stollerman, George Seel, Bob Harvey, ChuckBolte, Phil Hall. There must have been others but I couldn't see them way up in Row 41.

Big news of the month as far as this corner is concerned is that Stu May is getting married in December. I had the good fortune of meeting the bride-to-be, Curly Lewis, an Oklahoman. She's a chemist, but don't worry, I've already warned Stu that we want future tackles not druggists.

Visiting Hanover in September were Dr.and Mrs. Allen Keniston from Port Jervis, N. Y. Understand that the Kenistons have two girls and a boy. Holden Higbee's new address in Los Altos, Calif., is 790 Dixon Way. When last heard from, Holden was taking his Ph.D. at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford. News has arrived that Fred Meyer has been named supervisor by Methods Engineering Council, management consultants in Wilkinsburg, Pa.

Bill Morrow and his wife have had a daughter since last April 28. They live in Syracuse. Bill Freeman made the Chicago Daily Tribune recently with the announcement that he has been appointed treasurer of International Milk Processors, Inc. Bill was formerly with Chicago Bridge and Iron. That's a long way from manager of the tennis team, Bill!

Frankie Boutin is a long way from his home town of Lebanon, N. H., in his new job as a salesman for General Tire Distributor in Odessa, Tex. Eddie Anderberg is an Economic Officer with the Department of State in Washington, D. C. Charlie Chaput is practicing surgery in Haverhill, Mass. He's been through the mill with three years' residency in surgery at Beverly Hospital and then a year of active duty in the Navy before opening his own office.

Bill Sleepeck lives in River Forest, Ill., and runs a printing business in Chicago. His company is the Sleepeck & Helman Printing Co. at 1301 W. Blackhawk St. Bill's married and he has a son Mike, age 2. Bill reports he's seen Bob Nissen, Les Overlook and Ralph Johnson.

With all the excitement of the campaign and the election featuring the domestic radio and television broadcasting, the foreign news has slipped into the background lately. However '41 has one of the foremost foreign radio newscasters in the business in George Herman who is the chief of the Far East staff of CBS in Tokyo and Korea. George has been out in the Far East for more than two years and I hear him quite regularly on the CBS World News Round-Up.

Dr. George Clabaugh is an intern at Indiana University Medical Center and lives in Indianapolis. Walb'Kuhn is also in Indianapolis and is the Secretary of the Guarantee Tire and Rubber Company. George Morse is an attorney in Cambridge, N. Y., and is the proud father of four children. Zeke Billings is an M.D. at Presbyterian Medical Center, New York City, and he's another four-child father with two boys and two girls. You know, being secretary of the class of '41 and getting reports from all over the country on the growing families of your classmates begins to make my family of two youngsters seem smaller and smaller. I don't know what it is about Dartmouth men. Maybe it's the granite of New Hampshire in their muscles and their brains.

Don't forget to send your $5 class dues to Stew Steffey - it's important that we make a good showing. His special envelope must have reached you. Let's all kick in this year. Merry Christmas to you all. Next notes will be the first in 1953. Time fugits.
