Those of you who have had your oil tanks let go all over the basement floor know how we feel as we go to press with this here batch. A swell note from Bob Prentice tells his story:
"After 13 years with General Foods I left the worthy organization to join an advertising agency—just another prospect for an ulcer, they tell me. I am now with Doherty, Clifford & Schenfield, Inc., located in the Empire State Building. They call me an account executive and Borden's Instant Coffee is my particular problem. It's interesting work—I've been there only since January 1—and I'm really delighted at the opportunity to try the advertising business from the other side of the desk. We have a regular Dartmouth shop-I'm working with Al Butler, who is a full-fledged vice-president and one of the guiding lights. Then we have Rod Albright '39 as our Television Director and Bill Steers '30, one of the principals."

Wish more of you lads would take a cue from Ed Whitlock who packs the news even though he writes briefly; "Had an unexpected and delightful visit from Dr. Rog Metcalf and his lovely wife a few months ago. They are living in Coopers Mills, Me., just outside of Augusta, where Rog is on the staff of the Veterans Administration. Sounds as if he has found the answer to living with pleasure. I'm back east more or less permanently, doing wage-hour, etc., administration with Home Insurance Company where Rogers Bayles is secretary in the Investment Department." ... Home, when the editor makes it, is in Long Ridge, Conn., with wife Betty, Marion, 8, and Bill, 5.
When you visit the Cleveland headquarters of Dairypak, Inc., and you notice down the corridor a door marked Vice President in Charge of Sales, barge right in, he won't bite. It's none other than Milt Johnston.. .. Before leaving Cleveland, and provided vice presidents are your dish, stop in at the Wm. A. Reynolds Company and there you'll find another in the person of Bob Keegan. Have no qualms about touching up old Bob for a night's lodging—all eight Keegan bedrooms are hardly ever filled. . ..
