An audience of almost 500 people cheered for more at the Dartmouth Glee Club concert on April 8 at the Milwaukee University School auditorium. The club sang better than ever and everyone hopes they'll be back soon. (In fact, for all Dartmouth men in Milwaukee, the club completely overshadowed the arrival of the Braves, and major league baseball.) The definite financial success of the concert was due to the work of so many alumni that it would be impossible to name all who contributed their time and effort. We do want to mention, however, the group of Dartmouth men in Wisconsin as a whole and especially the work of our co-chairmen, Ernie Rice '43 and Jules Wachs '40.

The men from Hanover had a very busy time in Milwaukee. Tuesday evening they sang at the opening of the new student union at Marquette University where over 1500 not only enjoyed the concert but would scarcely let them leave the stage. The committee from Marquette entertained the boys royally and provided dates something that aging alumni find difficult to do. On Wednesday, the Kiwanis Club played host and later the Miller Brewing Cos. not only provided a tour of their plant but provided what some of the boys termed "the best meal on the trip," along with generous sampling of Miller High Life.

After the concert, Cliff Randall '27 and his son Bill '52 entertained all members of the club who were still able to keep going and not fall asleep. We all enjoyed the club tremen- dously.

Unfortunately, during the planning period for the Glee Club some amount of confusion developed in relation to the mailing lists, and some people may have been neglected. There is a silver lining, however, for this summer a new directory will be published for Wisconsin Dartmouth men. Please, if any subscribers to the ALUMNI MAGAZINE did not receive their notices of the Glee Club concert, will they send their names and addresses to the writer so that we may be sure to have a complete and correct list for the directory? Thank you!

Be on the lookout this summer for announcements of golf outings and the annual picnic.
