Gather round and let's have our last powwow through these columns until the first fall issue of the Magazine. The Glee Club concert and dance at the Terrace Room was a great success and assured future visits of the talented Vocal Indians. Special thanks are due to alumni who put a roof over the heads of the Glee Club boys, to the committee of young alumni who engineered the project, GordonHinners '45, Bob Mortimer '47, Bill Pendill '48, Ken Saunders '48, and Curt Kimball '50; and to the committee's assistants and leg men, Bert Hallin '24 and Bruce Benner '49. There were a number of members and their loyal wives who assisted ably in distributing tickets and making arrangements and they certainly deserve the sincere thanks of the Association for their efforts. The net from the event .was added to the Chicago Alumni Association's Scholarship Fund maintained in Hanover.

Mark the events that your Association has planned during the coming months on your special calendar: annual young alumni outing (guys and gals) in June, special luncheon for entering frosh and fathers, and the stag outing at Louis'. Please don't forget the regular Monday luncheons where you're likely to find any number of your classmates and folks you haven't seen in other travels for some time. Jeff Mills '47 dropped in at a recent luncheon in between Navy wanderings and reported the life so good he signed for another short hitch.

Have a good summer and don't make yourself a stranger to the local Indian camp. We need your support to keep out front.
