The Dartmouth Club of Japan continues to hold its regular dinner party every month in Tokyo. Despite its smaller size, the Dartmouth club has become known as the most active college group in Tokyo. A little publicity work coupled with the spirit of. Dartmouth men must have done it. We welcome any Dartmouth man who might be visiting Tokyo, and at our last meeting we were pleased to have the company of a '51 man who read the announcement of our meeting in Pacific Stars and Stripes, called Herb Fish, and joined us thirty minutes later. The spirit for a Dartmouth man to join a Dartmouth group, any time, anywhere, is a thing that is most precious.

Herbert M. Fish Jr. '29 of Caltex Oil in Japan has been elected our new secretary. Takanaga Mitsui '15 remains our president. We have organized a three-man interviewing committee composed of George Gercke '24, Kyosuke Fukada '29 and Bob Frondorf '42. The committee succeeded in sending in three applications to the College, for two Japanese boys and one American.
