IN THE NEWS: Dr. Rog Lochhead has been named town physician by the city of Montclair, N. J. Rog took his medical work at Cornell and did post-grad work at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and Bellevue Hospital. He was also at George Washington Hospital and Mountainside Hospital in Montclair in both internal medicine and cardiology. You can address Rog at 21 Trinity Place, Montclair . .. . Ken Fulton is now president and treasurer of the Beach Soap Co. in Lawrence, Mass., a company that was started by his father some years ago. . . .
