Here's some way old news from Benjamin Dean, who dropped me a line back in April to report about his hectic year at UVA Law down in Charlottesville. "I'm nearly blind from all of the reading!" writes Benjamin. But he took a break from all that eyestrain, headed home to his apartment in New Orleans for Mardi Gras, and ended up hosting a mini-reunion of his own. "A lot of Dartmouth folk crashed at my apartment, with a total of 22 or so in my tiny two-bed-room apartment. Every ounce of floor space had a sleeping bag on it!" Mike Sanzone, Chris Stone, Dave Cowin, Steve Norall, Jay Segal, Jordan Stern, Dan Lukas, and Rob Trenkamp '93 were among those who decorated Benjamin's floor that weekend. Benjamin spent the first half of the summer working for a law firm in New Orleans, and, last I heard, he was hoping to intern for the second half of the summer with a federal judge, either in Dallas or Honolulu.

Some more old news from Mike Kimmel, who worked for Sig Ep National this past year, living out of his car and sleeping on fraternity floors. Hey, at least you had four years of basic training for that job, Mike. Mike is now working as a fundraiser for Radio America, a non-profit foundation that produces radio programs on everything from politics to baseball. "I am eager to have an apartment and a phone again," wrote Mike just before he started. Mike also wrote to let me know that Anne Jeffers is working for Fallon McElligot in Minneapolis. Amanda Pratt is at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philly. Elissa Slovik is taking pre-med classes at Harvard. Gina Scavone is also in med school in Virginia, and Mariella Villa is working for Chase in Manhattan. After spending much of this past year traveling the nation aboard the Magic Bus, a natural gas-powered transit bus, as the public-relations coordinator for the natural-gas industry, Sarah Stewart is now working for the president of W. W. Norton Publishers in N.Y.C. So if you need a review copy of a Norton anthology, give Sarah a ring—just don't bother her boss. But if you want to find out about her travels, she has published a great article about them in the February 19 issue of American Gas Magazine.

Deb Vogel wrote a while ago to let us know about an art show that she and Mike Houston held in the Hop this summer. Although it is too late for any of us to catch the show, I can at least give you some news about it. It was based on the Perspectives on Design Award, which is given to "outstanding students who display exceptional creativity and originality in studio art." Deb and Mike received this award last June and spent the year as T.A.'s in the art department, and they have since been working on their own art projects. This summer's exhibition featured their more recent painting. Congrats to both of you!

I'd also like to send a belated congratula- tions to all those '94s who completed their B.E.'s in June. Best of luck to all of you. Speaking of engines folks, Brian Crounse finished in the winter, spent the spring in Hanover, and then headed to Costa Rica to visit Maddie Pooler for a few weeks. Maddie has been down there teaching English for the year.

Okay, I have at least ten more letters here just overflowing with info, but the news will have to wait another month. Thanks to all you patient correspondents. And for the rest of you, the plea remains the same: please write! Hope all is well.
