Opportunities to study abroad under the Fulbright and Buenos Aires Convention programs for 1958-59 are open to American college graduates. Candidates may apply until November 1 to the Institute of International Education, 1 East 67th Street, New York 21, N. Y.

Study or research in the humanities, sciences, social sciences and arts may be undertaken in 35 foreign countries. Fulbright awards for pre-doctoral study in Europe, Asia and Latin America cover transportation, tuition, books and maintenance for one academic year. The Buenos Aires Convention awards for study in Latin America provide transportation from the U. S. Government and maintenance and tuition from the government of the host country.

U. S. citizenship, a college degree or its equivalent, and a knowledge of the language of the country of application are requirements for these foreign study fellowships.
