The Dartmouth wrestling team, coached by Larry Fowler, has had only one meet since last month, losing to Colgate, 24-6. This loss coupled with a loss to Harvard and an early win over McGill gives the wrestlers a 1-2 record.

Against Colgate only Jim Sniderman at 137 pounds and Bob Bickell at 177 pounds were able to gain decisions. The Indians had to forfeit both the 130 and 147-pound divisions and were also hurt by the absence of Captain Fred Pitzner at 167 pounds due to a muscle injury.

Dartmouth was ably represented at the annual Sugar Bowl sailing regatta during Christmas vacation by a Corinthian Yacht Club team of club commodore John Sherwood '58 and club treasurer Dave Porter '59. Sherwood and Porter sailed a Penguin class dinghy to fourth place in the competition which was held on Lake Pontchartrain at New Orleans. Eleven college teams were entered, with a boat from Webb Institute winning, followed by Tulane, the University of Alabama, and Dartmouth.
