Tokyo

The last regular dinner meeting was held on June 24 at the Sanno Hotel. Not only was this the final meeting of the year but a "sayonara" to Sukekatsu Ushioda and Eishoku Kuroda who left soon afterwards for Hanover to join the Class of 1964. Besides saying a sayonara to the '64s it was an opportunity to say farewell and thank you to a few staunch Club members. Bill Breer '57 left in July for the U.S. and Kunio Katakura '57 left for a trip to England.

Throughout the summer the enrollment committee has been busy organizing for an early start in the fall. During 1959-60 the Dartmouth Club of Tokyo had some excellent parties and realized many new and wonderful achievements. We look forward to this coming year to even bigger and better successes.
