The annual spring meeting of the Charles River Dartmouth Club was held on Thursday evening April 21 at the Wellesley Country Club. The meeting which was held in the main ballroom of the club got under way with the customary "Wheelock Tavern" at 6:30 where a small but enthusiastic group of braves and squaws had assembled.

Dinner was served one hour later after which President Edward W. Martin '41 introduced to the audience our feature speaker of the evening, Dean "Thad" Seymour, who had come down from Hanover for the occasion. Dean Seymour's interesting and informative talk about the College was most enthusiastically received by the alumni and wives present and it is greatly to be regretted a much larger audience could not have been present to hear this fine speaker.

After the Dean's talk a film entitled "Ski-way Story" was shown. This meeting will conclude the spring activities of the club and the "Pow-Wows" will again be resumed next fall.
