It is with the greatest of pleasure that I inform you that our retired class treasurer, Sam Bartlett, has agreed to act as chairman of our 55th Reunion which takes place on June 8, 9, and 10 at Hanover. Sam plans to make it a most memorable one for our class. Isn't that good news? Let's look forward to that occasion and make your plans now to be there. Perhaps some of us can help with transportation. If so please let us know.

The Dartmouth Club of Sarasota enjoyed a grand luncheon at the Yacht Club, Anna Maria, Fla., on February 12. Among the 47 present were Fred Baldwin, Allan Brown,O. C. Davis, Dick Lane, Bishop Niles, Donand Gertrude Houghton, Bob and Lura Kenyon, Fred and Harriet Lena and Bill andJane Walker. Not a bad showing 1500 miles from the "home base." Thanks to the Kenyons and Houghtons.

Genevieve, wife of Walter Scott Nesmith, writes that the reason Walter was not present at the meeting to receive the "Man of the Years" award was because he was in the hospital at Nashua, N. H., for three days after another gall bladder attack. He is most back to normal now and is on a very strict diet. Walter is the oldest member of our class with his 85th birthday coming up on April 27, and has our very best wish for a Happy Birthday.

Dick Lane and Lucy will be at The Cloister, Sea Island, Ga., from March 20 to the middle of April and have been enjoying the winter in Florida with Bishop and LunaNiles.

Ask the following classmates how it seems to be "Pushing Eighty" since they also have birthdays in April: Allan Brown, Alden Eames, Harry Warner, Bill Smart, Don Houghton, and Roland Tileston.

Anna Putnam Hazen, our honorary member "of 1907 and a sister of our classmate, Richard Hazen, resides now at 24 South Street, Woodstock, Vt. Anna hopes to be able to attend our 55th reunion but is doubtful. She would love to have any members of our class visit her in June or at any time they wish to do so. We will do just that, Anna!

And don't forget our Reunion dates June 8, 9, and 10.
