A letter from Jack Kingsbury tells of an organization to which he belongs, which to me has a great appeal. It is called the "Retired Club." Among its varied activities are a Sing Along Group, bowling, and monthly lunches. Jack says his membership gives him an opportunity to meet a number of other retired people whom he never would meet otherwise.

Ruth and Jack have been living in Myrtle Beach for the last ten years and they say the climate is perfect as it is never too hot or too cold.

Ned French has set an excellent example for the rest of the class of 1906 by being the first member to send in his contribution to the 1962 Alumni Fund. And it was a most generous one. This is an excellent start but it leaves 74 classmates to be heard from. Mine is in.

Leonard S. Gerould died in Columbus, Ohio, on February 23, 1962. A letter of sympathy was sent to Mrs. Gerould.

Through the thoughtfulness of Bertrand C. French '09 I received notice of the death of Margaret Cochran, who died on February 25, 1962. As you know she is Bert Cochran's widow and sister of our Bill Bell.
