A picnic was held at the home of BruceIrvine '60 in honor of the ten undergraduates soon to return to Hanover. This number is a record for this area and is composed of four boys accepted for the Class of 1967. All have outstanding school records and two were finalists in the National Merit Scholarship competition. At the meeting following the picnic James S. Eckles '41 was elected president of the Dartmouth Club of Utah.

Congratulations are in order for FrankWohl '63 of Ogden who with his partner won the National College Debating Championship for the college. Frank is now studying at the University of Chicago Law School.

The Club had a very successful dinner on March 22 for the visiting Dartmouth ski team. It was a privilege to entertain this group while they were in this area. Special thanks go to William R. Kimball '07 for his part in making the occasion a success and to Dick Steiner '45 for providing transportation for the group during their stay at Brighton.

Jim Eckels '41 has been selected National Enrollment Committeeman for Utah to succeed Jack Trant '41 who is moving to New York City. Jack has contributed a great deal of time and effort in making such a success as Enrollment Committeeman and other Dartmouth Club activities. We will certainly miss him.
