Mr. Davis gave a talk on "Agency-Advertiser Working Relationships" at the annual meeting of the Association of National Advertisers, and served as chairman of a panel on the teaching of introductory marketing courses at the American Marketing Association annual meetings in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Olsen attended the sixth congress on administration, conducted by the American College of Hospital Administrators, in Chicago, January 31-February 2. Also, on invitation of the president of the University of Florida, he attended a special conference of twelve educators, administrators, hospital and health experts to review university programs of education for hospital administration, at Gainesville, Florida.

Recent visiting lecturers have included: E. Haskin Schell, M.D., assistant medical director of the College health service, who met with the administration class to discuss the case material under consideration from a psychiatric point of view; Charles J. Chapman D'33, vice-president of National Carbon Company, Union Carbide Corporation, who met with the sales management class during his recruiting visit to Tuck on January 21; Edward D. Gruen D'31, chief of paper, printing, and publishing industry division, Bureau of Census, U. S. Department of Commerce, who met with the case analysis and written expression class on January 24 to discuss the economic census data processing in general and the "Providencia Case Study for Latin America," in particular.

Tracy Higgins T'22 has been elected chairman of the board, Higgins Ink Company, Inc., Brooklyn, New York.

Ken Ballantyne T'28 has been elected a vice-president of Kidder, Peabody & Company and is now a member of the institu- tional sales department. Dick Bowlen T'31, manager of administration for the Markem Machine Company, Keene, N. H., has been elected chairman of the New Hampshire Heart Association board of directors. RalphSperry T'40 has been promoted to vice-president of the City Trust Company, Bridgeport, Conn. Dan McAllister T'4B was recently elected a general partner of Morgan, Stanley & Company, New York City. DudNearing T'49 was recently named comptroller and member of the finance committee of Reichhold Chemicals, Inc., White Plains. N. Y. Ralph Fifield T'so has been elected vice-president of the First National Bank of Boston.

Al Karcher T'52 has been appointed assistant dealer sales manager of the northeastern sales division for the Eastman Kodak Company, effective February 25. Dave KatzT'53 is now vice-president of real estate and development, for Food Marts, Inc., Holyoke, Mass. John Price T'58 has been appointed assistant cashier in the banking department of The Northern Trust Company, Chicago. Bruce Lcckhart T'59 is now associated" with the Peoples Savings Bank, Bridgeport, Conn. Jonathan Strong T'59 is now associated with Peabody, Koufman & Brewer, of Boston.
