Other than the announcement of the Third Century Fund news seems scarce and we assume everyone is saving strength and dollars for a contribution to Dartmouth's most ambitious financial undertaking.

Bud Munson has recently moved from West Concord, Mass., to 3 Hemlock Hill, Westport, Conn. Bud is with International Telephone Corporation and is serving as manager of organization planning and development. He and Barbara have four children and should find it a fairly easy trip to the Yale football games.

Beano Friend, who was at the 20th reunion with Cynthia and two of their four children, has moved to Apt. 6-H, 8 Whittier, Charles River Park, Boston, Mass. Beano, who has been in investments, is a vice president of Friend Investment Company.

Mel Chessman is now at Northern Michigan University where he is an associate professor of education. Mel is living at 1212 Second Street, Marquette, Mich.

A post card from John Van Raalte reports on his interesting trip to South America. John managed to get to Peru and Chile where he spent four days skiing at Portillo.

Barney Hoisington was recently appointed director of financial aid at Columbia College which is a part of Columbia University. Barney, who was previously assistant dean for financial aid, will supervise all financial aid grants of the college and the distribution of student loans. He has had a lot of financial aid experience and at one time was assistant director of the financial aid office at Dartmouth. Barney and Barbara live in Princeton, N. J., at 49 Randall Rd. and have three children.

General Electric has made Jim Mattoon manager of its New Jersey Sales District. He has been with the company for 14 years, most recently as a field sales manager for the New York District. Jim, a Tuck graduate, has also served G.E. as a marketing administrator in Plainville, Conn., sales specialist at Nela Park in Cleveland, salesman in New Haven, Conn., and as commercial and industrial specialist in Boston.

We were sorry to learn of the death of John Holbrook in Cleveland, Ohio, on August 29. Red had been ill for some time and was living with his mother, Mrs. Dolores Owens Holbrook, at 4220 East 99th Street, Cleveland.
