VARSITY CROSS COUNTRY
The Big Green cross-country squad finished their regular season dual meets with a 2-5 record, and placed eighth in the Heptagonals held in New York City. Several strong runners, including Captain Steve Atwood and fellow senior Bill Bridge, turned in strong performances regularly; but the lack of experienced depth behind them proved a weakness. This should be bolstered to some extent next fall, with the arrival of several runners from this year's frosh team.
